I bring my cat here - or used to bring my cat here I should say - to be groomed. The people who work there have the worst attitude problems and customer service skills. It took all day to groom my 4 pound cat, she was never ready each time they told me she would be. Its overpriced, and the rude staff really needs to learn how to lighten up a bit.
Pros: cut pets

Same story here...... still no papers. And not one returned call, after multiple attempts and letters and faxes. When I stake out the place to find the owner, he's reassuring and (I believe) really wants to help straighten out a admittedly tedious and detailed process (pedigree registration). HOWEVER, IF YOU DON'T COMMUNICATE, YOUR CUSTOMERS GET REEEEALLLY ANNOYED!! When you pay almost 2000 dollars for a pure bred pup, customer services is important. On the brighter side, they really do take good care of their pups, and the store is beautiful. I hope they get their act together, or the reputation will go down hill FAST. Everyone knows dog owners talk to each other more than anyone else!
Pros: pretty store, exotic breeds
Cons: no communication!
