Great Quality Work. The comments are far from accurate. The shoe repair team is courteous and understanding. They offer nothing but the best work. I brought a pair of Ferragamo shoes in for new soles and in less than twenty minutes I had new shoes (right on time for a heavy rain storm). I recommend this store to everyone and ladies these guys specialize in heels!

Terrible Service and Poor Work. I completely agree with the former reviewer--and wished I had read it before bringing my boots to Andrade. I needed the leather to be stretched on the upper part of the boot and when I returned to pick them up the lower part around the ankle was stretched as well. And when I asked about this, the man helping me insisted that he hadn't--eventhough when I brought them in he didn't take any notes that I could see that indicated either on the shoe or on paper where exactly on my leg they needed to be altered. And Andrade was expensive and just generally rude. I would never go back.

Horrible Customer Service. Due to a lack of choices in the neighborhood, I've used Andrade for several years in repairing my shoes. In the last year, however, I've decided never to take my shoes and bags to Andrade ever again even if it means inconvenience and travel on my part. This winter, Andrade ruined a pair of Marc Jacobs knee-high boots by insisting that they be "weather-proofed". When I received my "weather-proofed" boots, the leather was pebbly and stiff, and completely ruined the beautifully soft leather. After receiving assurances that my favorite Marc Jacobs bag would receive great treatment, even after a three week delay on "finishing" the bag, my favorite bag came back to me dull, the stitches on the bag were torn, and there were multiple black spots (on a white bag) all over the bag. The bag looked dirtier and older than when I left it. The "management" at Andrade, despite the fact that I had been a customer for several years and had spent thousands of dollars on various repairs, were rude, curt, and demanded payment without explanation. Well, they did explain that if they tried to re-condition the purse, that it would only get stiffer and harder. (I wish I had known that before they promised me good work product.) I do not recommend going to any Andrade Store if this is the type of customer service that they advocate.
