Helped out in a pinch. My silly elderly Mom locked herself out of her house last weekend (on mother's day, can you believe it?) and called me in a panic. She had locked a bottom lock she had never used in years and now was stuck. I called Paragon because I have used them in the past but thought they would not service Brooklyn. Sure enough they did and were there within 1/2 an hour! The Locksmith was so nice my mom could not stop raving about him. She doesn't speak much English but the Locksmith happened to speak some Spanish and they got along great. He explained the prices to her and even gave her a senior citizens discount. I will for sure use them again! Thanks guys!

great great service. My neighbor locked herself out of the house, and her family was on a vacation this weekend. She knocks on my door looking for help. I found Paragon Security & Locksmith on Citysearch and called them. 25 minutes later, Roy their technician arrived and opened the door in a few minutes.

The service was great and prices were very reasonable!

Now I know who to call for a real locksmith.

no hidden costs or surprises. I called paragon for a lockout, they came fast, replaced the locks and I paid exactly the price the dispatch told me I would.

professional work. paragon installed an alarm system in my house recently. they were polite, they did a good job and even clean everything before they left.

Great job Paragon. I called Paragon security after locking myself out of my apartment yesterday night. Their guys came quick, changed the lock, clean after themselves and left me with a new per of keys and a big smile. They were so nice and with a positive attitude (which is rare in NYC) that I had to write a review.

Highly recommended!

Great Customer Service. I recently called Paragon Locksmith to have a technichan come over and change my locks. The disptacher was very warm and understanding about my situation. When the technichan arrived to my home, he was ON TIME and very polite and walked me through what procedure he was about to perform. I felt very comfortable working with this company from beginning to end. I couldn't ask for better service.

The only truly reliable locksmith. Paragon locksmith & Security is the only truly reliable locksmith around, I had an excellant experiance of service having locks change in my apartment, they quoted the right price and installed the locks in a very proffesional matter, truly great experiance.

New Security System. I've wanted to increase my home security ever since my cousin's house was robbed. I came across Paragon Locksmith while searching online, and after reading their website I was convinced that they were the ones for the job. Since they don't charge much, I had several of their security systems installed. They did a great job installing these systems and explaining how they work.

Nice to meet a real Locksmith. One who not only knows the job, but lives it. Will explain to you everything about lock picking and locks and keys.

Great locksmith. I had a problem with one of my apt. doors, they came and resolved the problem, the guy worked on it about an hour and a half, and it cost me 150$ (they also fixed one of my cylinders, but did nit charge for that).
