Worst Experience

I've had several bad experience with this Kinkos. Messing up SEVERAL orders of mine for work, horrible customer service, they overcharge and have serious attitude problems. The staff is completely clueless. I've used them for over 6 months so I know it's not a one time problem. I am trying another kinkos becuase I can't take the stress of the entire experience from the time I walk in the door until the time I get my order messed up, through fixing it, through getting ripped off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I will never go back

For Kinkos exorbitant prices, I would expect better service than this. I way overpaid for a job they screwed up. VERY unprofessional staff. Horrible experience. Enough things went wrong with my order, that I will not give this Kinkos a second chance.
