Good for some things.. Jack's sometimes has awesome stock-up deals (Goody Color Collection bobby pins for $1) or high-end lotions for a decent price (L'Occitane for $10-15) but there is SO much trash. I avoid the first floor and only glance around the second floor.

I like the beauty selection on the third floor and they often have some cheap cookbooks up there too.

Food (other than soda) from Jack's just doesn't work for me. I'm sure that they can't be selling bad food, but I'm not interested in finding out.

Jack's 99 Cent Store High End Quality, Low End Prices!!. I am forever humble to Jack's 99 Cent Store and Jack's World. I am a gourmet chef and the deals on the food products that Jack's carries Is extroadinary, especially the dog food that I make meals with for my family. The mexican made del monte and nestle products (which are made with pure mexican water) are not too shabby either. You can't pass up the great deals on "Montezuma's Revenge" brand bottled Mexican water...12 pk for.....$2.99 wow!! Such A Deal!!! It's bigger and better than Evian and Aquafina!!!! But you can't pass up the great deals on "Audiophile Quality" COBY radios and portable electronics. And we all know that COBY Is the "creme de la creme" of audio electronics... and not the cheap Junk that other brands pretend not to be. There Is no comparison...and where else can you grab such great deals like these....."Jack's 99 Cent stores....I am forever humble to ya'!!!

Jack's 99cents. For people who complain about the jack's product pricing, I guess why don't you just find something free in a dumpster. This store is great and have some good product that are very useful. I don't understand people who complain too much. If you don't want to shop at Jack's well go somewhere else.

Moving on. Jack' s 99 cent store is not 99 cent any more it is now for refrigerated items no matter what floor is $1.29. So long Jack's i can get these products for less elsewhere.

Jack's 99? store is helpful in a city that's so expensive.. New York City is one of the greatest places in the world to live. That being said, it is so f@#king expensive here that it?s important to find ways to stretch your money any way that you can. Jack?s 99? store is a great way to accomplish this. Conveniently located about ? an avenue block from Bryant Park It is easily reached on the 7 line of the metro that goes between Port Authority and Grand Central Station. You can expect to find items such as canned food, cooking utensils, greeting cards, general tools, candies, etc. As you can see, there is a little bit of everything. It may not always be the best quality, but you will never feel like you haven?t gotten your money?s worth.

Jacks 99c stores (and the other Jacks stores too). What a find! I bought my daughter's wedding invitations there, and for well under $100 we had beautiful invitations that looked as though we had paid a fortune. Every time you go in there it is something different. Great for a browse or when you are looking for a gift. If only they had them in Australia!

An Awesome Store. This place is amazing I love to shop there. They are all sorts of items on sale. And its great quality stuff. I love jacks 99 cent store. I took my mom there and now she goes there at least 4 times a week.
