I am really annoyed with this management company. On three separate occasions that I even KNOW of there have been people on my fire escape, which looks into my bedroom. I presume these people do some sort of maintenance to the building, as the bang loudly for over hours at a time at the fire escape, but I'm not entirely sure. I am annoyed because AT NO POINT has this company even informed us that outside persons were going to be on the fire escape. Each time, I've unexpectedly walked into my bedroom to be confronted with unknown people looking into my apartment for NO REASON whatsoever. One would THINK Marin would at least have the courtesy to inform its tenants to expect people on the fire escapes on certain dates. I almost called the police, as I had NO idea who was staring into my apartment and for what purpose he was.

AWFUL. The building I live in and this company are awful. When I moved in, they had just finished painting, and nothing was cleaned up. There are paint splotches all over my floor that I will probably be charged for when I move out. Some of the windows also did not lock. They play games with the heat such that only one of my heaters works in my apartment and the heat will not go off when it is below a certain temperature outside (i.e., when it is around 20 degrees or less, the heat doesn't go off and it is FREEZING). On top of that, the building I live in is disgusting--not cleaned and dead bugs EVERYWHERE. It is absolutely horrid. I lived in an apartment around the corner before moving here and the fact that this is int he same (nice) area of the city just disgraces me. I cannot wait to move out of this apartment.

MARIN MIS MANAGEMENT. I emailed Martin Hollander of Marin that the building he managed did not have heat, that we paid Marin Management to supply heat, and no heat was a year after year constant and continuing winter problem.

This is but one of year after year constant and continuing problems with Marin Management managing our building.

Hollander emailed back "be grateful for what you have"

I would like to give this company no star but a rating is required.
