My normal salon was booked and I was desperate to get my roots colored so I decided to take a chance on Bon-Bon after seeing a co-worker with ethnic hair (like mine) get a fabulous cut and blowdry there. I got a coupon for 10% off so I thought it was worth a shot, considering the prices were somewhat reasonable. I paid for convenience and for them squeezing me in the schedule. I told Serge, my stylist that I only wanted my roots done,partial highlights (framing only), trim & blowdry. Next thing I knew I had my whole crown done and my total bill was almost $300, with a discount! He even tried to sell me products and a special teatment for course hair which would have cost an extra $400. I felt rushed and very annoyed. I didn't even get my blowdry and trim that I asked for since they were closing!! I had to go home and do it my self since Serge complained he'd be late for his next engagement! Nevertheless, I was pleased when I got home to see my hair in the mirror. The highlights looked amazing but I could have gotten it done at half the price with my trim & bowdry! They were very misleading. Poor customer service.

I normally get my color and cut at the salon and I finally decided to try out their spa after its been renovated, which they did a gorgeous job. I had an Oxygen Facial, which all the celebraties get, and it makes such a difference in your skin. My skin was literally glowing and radiant. I would recommend this for anyone who has dull skin. This is espcially great before a special occasion. Then my fiancee and I got couples massages, side by side which was super romantic. I'm definetly coming back to the spa as soon as I will find some free time for myself.
Pros: one place that has everything you need, professional quality results
Cons: nothing
