I have had frizzy wavy hair my whole life. Heard about the brazilian keratin treatment but everywhere I went the price was ridiculous. They did the brazilian without charging me an arm and leg . My hair is straight now even on humid rainy days.
Great place with a great staff. They treat you as if they have known you forever.

Knows how to cut curly hair...the best!!!

I work about a block from Paradise and first went there when they opened. I always have trouble finding a place where i can get my hair cut that's not a $100 + salon and they know what their doing with curly hair. The guy who opened Paradise said he's been cutting hair for 20+ years, he takes his time, washes your hair, knows what he's doing and is inexpensive. if you're in the neighborhood go to Paradise, it's the best!!

Great Haircut

I've been following Yuriy around Manhattan for years, having first met him in a barber shop on the Upper East Side. After stints at two shops uptown I was glad to see that he finally opened his own shop. He takes his time, makes sure you're perfectly satisfied, and you can't beat the price. Even though I don't live anywhere near the neighborhood I still make the trip over to his shop at least once a month--ask for Yuriy and you won't be disappointed.
- Pros: Yuriy is a great barber--meticulous haircut
- Cons: Not close to my home, but worth it anyway
