Picture Perfect Haircuts. Japanese salon with fantastically detailed stylists. I walked out looking exactly like the picture I brought in as an example. The staff is entirely Japanese, but don't worry too much about there being a language barrier - I got exactly the cut I wanted. Terrific values for both cuts and color.
