Best Electrolysis Service in NYC. Very pleased with vijay's hard work. I am getting my legs

done. i had so much hair on my legs even my brother had less. i wanted it to atleast look normal n i can shave n see the dark shadow. its almost two years and hairs are very thinned out. i am continuing and i saw good results. it can get pricey after a while. but i am motivated to get it done. i want to give you ten stars. thank you again

Unprofessional. Unprofessional and extremely temperamental! I have treated with Vijay over 3 years now and I'll never go back to her again! She has frequent conflict with her clients and tends to be rather argumentative.

Appears very nervous and rushes you out the door when other clients are waiting for the next session. Mishandles the needle too often and plucks hairs. Her procedure room is cramped and the floor is always dirty looking. I have seen vermin running around in the small room adjacent to the table while being worked on and have informed her about it twice. She goes ballistic when you cancel appointments more than a couple of times!

Saw Vijay for years but will never go back.. I had been seeing Vijay for about 5 years. She worked on my eyebrows for all 5 years. During my treatments, my eyes would tear up because of the bright light and the pain. On my last visit on September 11th, 2009, after my session, my eyes had finally dried up but were red still and I made a comment about how I would simply blend in outside because of general sadness of the day. Vijay got very annoyed with me and said that she can't stand that people still talk about 9-11 and that no one should be crying. She said that it made her angry to have to write the date 9-11 on my credit card receipt. She also said that all of the 9-11 widows are happily remarried.

Most of the time, she maintains her professionalism. She is punctual. In 5 years, I had very minimal results and have now started threading instead because it is cheaper and faster.

Highly Recommended - Very Professional Service. I am using Vijay's Electrolysis Services for the last year. I had a lot of stubble on both cheeks chin and neck area as i have hormonal problems. Now i have only light hair - it took good few months to keep hair under control. Vijay has been very honest answering any questions and concerns i had. She is sometimes

brutally honest. I do like that as i know what to expect instead of someone telling me otherwise. She is very professional prompt and always welcome with a smile. she has great experience. My room-mate is also

using her services n is very pleased. I highly recommend her n wish her lots of success.

Not Professional. I would not recommend "American Electrolysis Studio" for a few reasons.

The technician Vijay makes people feel very uncomfortable, perhaps it's because of her hypertension. Someone that hyper should not be sticking needles in people. And if you want any questions answered, you will get minimal response. Quite frequently she would mishandle the needle, and not so good when working so close to the eyes. Some of the hairs grow back she will tell you, but don't be fooled; this is just to keep you coming back for more and more sessions. It's normal that some hairs grow back, but she prolongs the process by not doing a good job.

There are many other options out there, and I would suggest going with laser treatments instead of electrolysis. The hairs won't grow back, it is not painful, it is quick and more efficient, and costs about the same. But if you do decide to go with electrolysis, seriously, this is not the place if you are seeking professional or even standard service.

Personlized service by someone who cares. Vijay has been in the business for almost twenty years. She really knows what she is doing and is understanding and is patient. I would highly recommend seeing her not only for her expertise but her prices are reasonable as well.
