Please don't go here

Stay away from this place. Dr. Lee BARELY looked at my face, and prescribed me 5 pages of crap! Whenever I opened my mouth to ask a question, she went "let me finish, I'm still talking ok?" So rude and unprofessional - if you ever call them up, there's always availibility for Dr. Lee - I wonder why... I wouldn't go back even if they paid me.

Ghastly

I went first for a minor outpatient procedure, the wait was horrible but the doctor seemed to be ok.

I went back for a followup and WHOA! Rude, dismissive, and 45 minute wait! Treated me like an idiot when I asked a simple question - actually snapped at me because I didn't know the exact name for the procedure I had - sorry doctor! They didn't seem to want to talk to me about anything - just get me out the door. When I asked about removing a small mole they just said it won't be covered by insurance...then I said I would pay for it myself and the doctor told me that you couldn't notice it. What?

I rarely go to doctors - I am not a hypochondriac so it's not like I even have a high standard for bedside manner but this was so bad it was funny.

The place is simply a clinic - it must be a volume business or something...who know and who cares. I won't go back. Too far east anyway - inconvenient location.

How? What? Wh..?

It was almost like sitting through a bad film and for the length of time I waited, I could have seen one.

Rude, unprofessional and I probably would have been there for another 90 minutes if I hadn't started pacing the floor and finally asking, WHAT IS GOING ON?! Basically, it's a clinic not a private practice. These doctors have lost it and it shows in the people they put on the front lines. My doctor, Bergstrom (not on the recording and perhaps new), was quite pleasant. Seeing her was almost worth the wait time. I went there in a bit of a panic and she was courteous, caring and reassuring. Fast forward now 2 weeks and 6 days later and I have not heard from anyone regarding my results. I just made a call in and was told that she is out and that another doctor will be returning my results call.

• Cons: It appeared clean.

I'm just back from this octors office and I urge you to stay away, that is all that I can say. The whole office is very rude and unproffessional.
