Dr. Sylvie Eppelbaum is not the sweetest and warmest doctor you will meet, but if that is not important to you, let me tell you my experience:

1. First she gave me a cream for my face for a treatment and it wasa nightmare. the cream gave me more of a problem, it was suppose to treat rosaccea adn it gaveme rosaccea 10 times of what I had for 2 weeks. It was horrible.

2. Do not expect to get a lot fo information about your problems, treatment...you almsot have to push to know what is gogin on. But she loves to have you over and over weekly for treatments that cost a lot of $ to teh insurance although you hardly see any improvement.,

4.Customer Service when it comes ot billing is horrible. Don't want to get into details but, there are plenty of other doctors in the city with excellent reviews.

Worst doctor ever

This is worst doctor ever! Careless, inattentive and slighting!

Wait time is 40 minutes after arrival. The doctor doesn't listen, she prescribed me the same thing that I clearly told her, I have already used.

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Epelbaum for years and it has been a great experience. Dr. Epelbaum quickly gets to the cause of the problem and prescribes an effective treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Epelbaum.

Great Dermatologist

I really like Dr. Epelbaum. My wife and I have been going to see her for over a year now, and she has been great. We've never had to wait for our appointment. She is very prompt and has quick appointments, but always answers any questions I have, and is always professional. She has a french accent, but I have always been able to understand her.
