Fantastic Meal. I just finished enjoying my second dinner at Hatsuhana Park. The first time, back in September, was very good. Tonight's meal was spectacular. I was almost alone at the sushi bar, and had a chef virtually to my own. I split the meal between omakase and ordering a few favorites. The fish was incredibly fresh. The sake (salmon) was probably the best I ever had. Kudos also to the uni and ikura. The hamachi was a bit more firm than I generally like it, but it tasted great nonetheless. The service was professional, and the chef extremely friendly. I will definitely return.

Terrible Attitude - Don't Bother With Delivery. Yeah, the food is good but its just fresh fish - not so hard to get right. What is WRONG about this place is the attitude. It doesn't matter when you call - even at 11am, they only can deliver to you by 1pm or so. The maitre'd is just simply terribly unhelpful and just not interested in delivering, esp if its only for one or two people. If that is the case, they should just not deliver at all rather than making it an option and then simply making it very difficult for you to actually get food delivered. It put me off so much, that i will not be eating there anymore (and I normally go at least once a month).

Dream come true. Try their "dream box" it really is a dream come true!! Real smooth juicy fresh sushi!!

But their desserts were just plain.

And do kno that this is a business dining place..don't expect anything hip or fun!

Could be in Tokyo without the prices!!!. The food, service and ambience all make this place feel like it should be in Tokyo....except the price! Such good value for such good food is a real catch. Try ordering away from the menu (need to know what you want!) for a real non-Sushi treat. After numerous visits I continue to make the effort.
