“Great atmosphere, excellent stylists.”
Score!!. I was hesitant to try out this place because of that one bad review but it wasthe Friday before Mother's Day and no one was available. They were able to squeeze me in and I got the best haircut from Alejandra. I asked for a bob haircut and I've had many of these. Typically the stylist won't make it short enough because the stylist is afraid she'll make you look too boyish or she'll just crop the sh*t out of your head thus making you look like some odd refugee. Alejandra cut my hair and after she blow dryed it she realized nope not short enough, so she went higher. And it was right. And it was perfect. Truly happy with the bob haircut she gave me and I would absolutely come back again. The place is lovely. The front desk girl was very nice and attentive !
total satisfaction. I highly recommend Celia as a hair stylist. I have been getting my hair cut at Alfangi since they first opened on Fifth Ave, and I've never been unsatisfied with Celia. She is up-to-date with the latest styles and can pretty much re-create anything...bring her a celeb picture or a magazine cut-out! Ivelissee (at the front desk) is also the sweetest most business savvy person, she does a great job with making sure everything is running smoothly. Go Alfangi
Bad Service and inexperienced Stylists. Tried this place out for a blow-out and it was ok, nothing special yet the prices arent exactly cheap but I figured I would give them another chance. I came back for a color and cut appointment my stylist obviously didnt understand a word I said because I got a completly different shade of hilight than what i wanted. I asked for a subtle golden hi lite not an all over bleached blonde. They didnt offer to fix it and of course I was refusing to pay for it but this got me absolutly no where. I got fed up and just paid the $200 bill and went out with soaking wet hair. Thankfully I got it fixed at another salon nearby but I had to pay for that service. Basically, for a blow-out you can come to piermarco safely and get a decent job but please don't try out their color services you will just leave with empty pockets and color you never requesting.
Upsetting Experience. I came to Piermarco after the last salon ruined my haircut and i was looking for someone to do my highlights. I found piermarco near my job and decided i might as well try it. The stylist "taking care" of me ruined my hair and turned it into an orange like shade. They were rude to me and told me that I could fix it somewhere else. I will never be back there again
Great atmosphere, excellent stylists.. I tried Piermarco Salon for the first time, and i just want to let everyone know, this salon was very relaxing and very pleasant. Everyone in the salon was extremely nice and helpful. As for their stylists, from my experience, they were very good. They cut and style your hair the way you want it. Also, I love the brand of color that they used in my hair. It left my hair feeling so soft. I have recommended Piermarco Salon to a few of my girlfriends as well as family, and everyone loves it. I have been to many salons, but this salon makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.
