THE RUDEST & they hate women!. Elliott and the other "men" at Lacey are absolutely the rudest most condescending bunch of jerks on the planet. If I want anything dealt with, I have to have my husband call because they treat women like dirt, apparently part of their "Orthodox" ways. They screw up orders OFTEN, won't credit you for THEIR mistakes and are operating under some kind of Amish law - no web site, no email. At least you can send a fax, but I envision it coming out the other end on one of those crank machines with carbon paper. I started with Lacey more than eight years ago as my primary wig supplier for my business, but as of today, I rarely order more than three times a year. Just too rude, too incompetent and unreliable to deal with for a real, functional business for any length of time. If you can avoid starting up with them - I WOULD.

Love the Lacey.. Lacey Wigs has everything. They are, however, very attached to their own way of doing things. Why they won't get a website, I couldn't say. I had to order over the phone every time, but while Elliot was rather brusque, he was always helpful. He saved my ass with rush orders more than once. When you call, be ready with all necessary information, because he does not like to wait for you. But once you have established a relationship, they will go out of their way to get you what you need.

bad customer service.. Great prices, if they "allow" you to order from them. they make up the rules as they go along, won't correct price errors and are generally very rude. we recently had a VERY bad experience with them- but this time they actually corrected it, which is why this review isn't worse.

Wig utopia!. This is the best wig outlet ever. Sick mullets for guys, crazy bouffants, out of control styles, including one with pink hair curlers ... hours of fun. So cheap, too, and great quality. Also have moustaches, but there's no sticky stuff on the back of them so you have to figure out how to attach them.
