Overpriced, Bad Food, Poor Service Overall. Should have known what we were in for when the elevator got stuck between floors. Then, when we asked to watch a ball game in progress, the manager insisted on keeping all the sets tuned to reruns of last year's slam dunk contest. Only when we threatened to walk out did we get the channel changed. When I got the check I began to regret having stayed. Even with a 2 for 1 coupon, it was terribly overpriced.

Only go if you have a coupon. This place is insanely expensive. Even with one meal comped, our two entrees came out to be $38 (w/tip). If you want to spend that kind of money don't go to a chain restaurant. It's just a tourist trap in Times Sq.

Every night is the weekend at this bistro, where families enjoy American kitsch and cuisine alongside partying singles.. In Short
The much-copied look of hardwood floors, decorative stained glass, checked tablecloths, brass rails and walls filled with knickknacks has been a staple at this restaurant franchise. Originally a hit for its frisky bar scene, Friday's is now known just as much for its kid-friendly entrees. The menu alternates between typical American fare (salads, potato skins, Angus burgers and grilled chicken) and modestly international cuisine like fajitas, wraps and pot stickers.

Worst resturant experience ever!. My wife and i went to order drinks. She ordered a mixed drink and I tried to order a "malternative". The waiter didn't know what we were talking about, and neither did the bartender. (Please note, we've ordered these drinks at several different Friday's several times before.) We just got a potato skins appetizer, and several of them were horribly burnt to a crisp. We would have told our waiter, but he didn't stop at our table until at least 15 min after we had finished eating what was edible, not even to ask how things were going.
