horrible, rude and slow. Those are the three words that best describe the staff at the Hilton. Upon checking in we were brought to a room with no ventilation and a broken toilet that clearly had not been cleaned since the last guest was there. They refused to change our room. After writing Hilton and the individual hotel, I have still not received any response.
Clean as a whistle !. Great hotel that was clean and neat EVERYWHERE ! Front desk was great as well as bell staff. Only negative was the breakfast buffet. Lousy service and WAY overpriced !
Great Location. Enjoyed a pleasant stay here in late October. It was conviently located to Rockefeller Center and a walk to Central Park. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel, but would definately tell people to stay there.
