No nonsense in negotiating the purchase price. Honest disclosure as to delivery date. Appropriate time spent familiarizing me with the car once delivered. Worst Car Repair Service I have EVER dealt with . . period!.
This dealership is pathetic. I've been there twice and both times they screwed me. The first time they wanted to charge $130 to diagnose every tiny issue I wanted them to look at. I took my car back and left.
The next time they were replacing tires and an airbag. I've now been waiting nearly 3 weeks for work that should take 2 hours tops. They can't manage to order tires and get them in.
The place is like a giant factory and they can't keep track of what's going on with any car. Everything about their operation is pathetic.
Wonderful. My Service Advisor was Wonderful. He called me to review findings and review pricing which he said he would do. The one day repair was done at my convenience and all work was finished in one day so I did not have to leave my vehicle....I will be back!!!
