Amazing customer service. I was so pleased with the amazing customer service David Tannenbaum displayed The entire experience was enjoyable and I would absolutely refer my friends and family to Manhattan BMW and ofcourse David. Dave was a great listener and always conducted himself in the most profession and courteous manner . Dave has set the bar so high and I will definitely be returning and do business with Dave. All sales people should follow Daves professionalism

Great experience!. Phil helped us through all our corporate red tape and made buying our new company car extremely easy. He went above and beyond, making sure we had all our ducks in a row. He was extremely knowledgeable, reliable and easy to get ahold of. All around great experience!

exceptional. Adrian Turek made my purchasing experience exceptional. Complete information on the product and excellent reccomendations regarding options, packages and financing. No nonsense in negotiating the purchase price. Honest disclosure as to delivery date. Appropriate time spent familiarizing me with the car once delivered. I would confidently recommend Adrian and BMW of Manhattan to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

I would definitely recommend. This is the second BMW I have purchased from BMW Manhattan and again the service was excellent. Roy was very accomodating with my schedule and always a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and took care in explaining all the details of the car. Jodi made the process easy and answered all my financial questions thoughtfully. I would definitely recommend my friends to this dealership.

Mr. Douglas Laviest is a good salesman. Mr. Douglas Laviest is a good salesman, he took time out to walk me through the details of my purchase and tough me how to use all the features on my car, after the sale when i needed help he was always there. Everyone at the dealership has been supportive of me as if i was a member of the family. I would recommend BMW OF MANHATTAN to my family and friends.

Worst Car Repair Service I have EVER dealt with . . period!. This dealership is pathetic. I've been there twice and both times they screwed me. The first time they wanted to charge $130 to diagnose every tiny issue I wanted them to look at. I took my car back and left.

The next time they were replacing tires and an airbag. I've now been waiting nearly 3 weeks for work that should take 2 hours tops. They can't manage to order tires and get them in.

The place is like a giant factory and they can't keep track of what's going on with any car. Everything about their operation is pathetic.

Wonderful. My Service Advisor was Wonderful. He called me to review findings and review pricing which he said he would do. The one day repair was done at my convenience and all work was finished in one day so I did not have to leave my vehicle....I will be back!!!
