Adrian Turek of BMW Manhattan is the best sales advisor I've seen in my 20 year relationship with cars. No matter how impossible your demands seem, he makes them happen. Truly a buyer's friend.
I was recently in the market for a motorcycle and knew exactly what I wanted – a BMW. When I walked into the dealership, I was met by friendly staff members who spent the time looking around the lot with me. They asked a lot of questions to ensure I was happy with my choice. Once I sat down with the finance guy, it was smooth sailing. This is a dealership that really knows how to put the customer first. I’ll recommend this place to absolutely anyone who wants a great motorcycle!
I just bought a 2010 3 series car and the team at BMW of Manhattan really delivered. The experience was incredible and I cannot say enough about the sales team. If your in the market, and want to have a no pressure experience, this is the place.
TAKE THE DRIVE TO NEW JERSEY INSTEAD!. WORST BMW DEALERSHIP EVER! They lie and hold your car far longer than they need to. They wait until the last minute to do any work to the vehicle and most times return it semi fixed. The service reps do not call back and if you decide to hold the line, the receptionists hang up on you or never return to the line. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR BACK ASAP IS IF THEY GIVE YOU A LOANER. I was given a loaner once while my breaks were being serviced and received a call within 3 hours stating that my car was ready. (BTW in order to get a loaner you must reserve weeks in advance which is totally ridiculous). The time before, I waited three days for the same service. I stopped servicing my car here but retunred this time because I did not have time to drive all the way to New Jersey in order to get decent service. This service department is an embarrassment to the BMW brand.
VERY DISHONEST.
I purchased a used Harley Davidson motorcycle with 3,000 miles on it described as Excellent condition with no issues at all. After spending over $1400 in travel costs to get the bike and ride it home, I get there to find a motorcycle that is rusty, scratched, and has dents. The motor paint was flaking as well. Live and learn, but I wouldn't recommend buying a stick of gum from BMW of Manhattan!
I was later contacted by the dealership with an offer of cash for me to remove my negative feedback from Ebay that I left for them. Can you say corrupt?
THERE WAS TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM.. THERE WAS TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM...NO HAGGLING,NO PRESSURE,HASSLE-FREE,ACCOMADATING,FUN,FRIENDLY....AND TO THE POINT WITH SUPERB FOLLOW UP.I will definitely be a return customer and reccommend this dealership to my friends.It was the easiest car purchase I ever made.
extremely helpful. Peter is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful and ran through everything I needed to know about the car. The whole dealership was very kind and helpful. I find it great that the service department is located I'n the dealership and I do not have to go far for it .
