We just recently purchased an RX-350. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. All the details were communicated to me every step of the way. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Lexus of Manhattan and I would highly recommend Roger and his team to anyone looking for a Lexus.

The minute we walked in Mr. Gary Foster greeted us and within minutes we were test driving the new 2011 Lexus GX. Gary took the time and care to make sure we had all the paperwork to complete the deal. He was courteous enough to Drive to our store to get the signature from my father and even went out of his way to drive the car to our home last night. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. We will definitely come back to Lexus of Manhattan in the future because of the quality of service Gary presented to us. We highly Recommended*****+ asking for Gary to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus from your located!

Great deal on 2011 rx. Pleasure dealing with them. Easy and quick. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a straight to the point deal. I am in my late sixties an feel that I sales person was very patient as I was very unsure of moving into suv.

First of all I got a great deal on a pre-owned trade-in here. I had been researching and shopping around for 3 months, this was the first place that did not give me a BS runaround on price (note - it was a non-Lexus model). I negotiated the price I wanted and put a deposit down the same day I went in to test drive the car, and three days later I completed the transaction and drove it home. The overall sales experience was a tremendous contrast to the crap I had to deal with at other (non-Lexus) dealerships.

But then I discovered that the windshield had some kind of permanent smudge on it, right in line with the driver's view, and it would not come out with any conventional glass cleaners. I took the car back to Lexus about 30 days after I'd bought it and left it with them. When they also could not remove the smudge, they replaced the entire windshield. This is customer service, something most other dealerships and service centers in this area have given up on.

I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago from this dealer. They were receomended from a friend of mine. I am not from Manhattan but work in the city. I have been to multiple dealers and could only say that it is a shame that other Lexus stores could not be like this one. Steve from the sales department was able to help me get a FAR more superior deal on my new car vs. my local NJ dealer. Last week, I dropped my vehicle off for service before going to the office and was pleasantly suprised at the level of attention a car dealership was able to give me. I will be sure to send my family and friends to this dealership in the future. They are truly a pleasure to work with.

My experience at Lexus of Manhattan was excellent. From the beginning, when I was shopping to the moment I decided to lease the Lexus RX 350 the salespeople were friendly and extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions with detail and returned my phone calls in a very timely manner. The day I picked up my new Lexus was a wonderful experience, from dealing with the finance person Richie Rivera and filling out my paperwork to lease my new car to the delivery date when Josh walked me through every option of my truck I was truly pleased. Everyone at Lexus of Manhattan are knowledgeable of the product they sell and stand behind it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends and I would definitely get another Lexus from Lexus of Manhattan.

My wife and I bought a used Lexus RH400 from this dealership about a year ago and I have been quite pleased with the car and the service we have received. This is in sharp contrast to the nearby BMW dealership we used to deal with before getting rid of our old car.

We found the car we wanted to buy on their website, arranged a test drive and a few days later purchased the car.

Overall we have been very pleased with the car as well as our experience with the service department when we've needed to bring the car in for oil changes, etc.

We also had some body work done on the car after a large branch hit our car during a bad thunderstorm. The repair was covered by insurance and Lexus dealt directly with our insurance company which mace the whole thing very easy to deal with.

The team at Lexus of Manhattan is the best I have ever seen.Sales staff is very pleasant.Kevin and Greg are skilled and experienced professionals.They made the decision easy for me.I love my IS250 and I truly can say I like my dealer.Kevin and Greg stand out as a example of how a client should be properly treated. Lexus of Manhattan does give you great service, and I'm was very happy with the service I got from Mr. Corriette. They treat you with respect and don't push you to buy at all. So tomorrow is the day I head down to Lexus of Manhattan to pickup my new car.
