Great Chimichangas and Margaritas. This small hole in the wall restaurant serves up by far the best Chimichanga that I have had for almost 20 years (and I have looked for a good Chimichanga all over the East Coast). The Margaritas are also great (although quite big) and the service was excellent. I have gone there twice so far and it is always the same. Each time the manager walked around making sure everyone was enjoying their meals. This is now a must stop place for me anytime I go the New York.

Awful Bartender. We stopped by for a margarita and some food over the weekend, as we were walking by a fellow gave us a flyer and invited us to walk in, we did, and sat at the bar, the bartender a heavy set male with a crew cut apparently from mexico, came over to offer us a drink, we immediately felt his nasty demeanor and attitude, he poored some drinks and dissappeared, we found him later seated on the barstools looking out the window, when we asked for more drinks he gaves us the worst look and proceeded to give us the drinks. This "bartender" has no people skills nor he belongs behind any bar, he is rude and intimidating looking, a bulky individual better suited for security of a club but certainly not interacting with patrons and business people, we will never ever visit this place again and good luck if you happen to have this guy as your bartender, he will ruin your night for sure.

Fantastic Food and Margaritas!. Love the authentic food. I don't know what seasoning they use on the meat but it is absolutely delicious!!! Margaritas are fantastic, so many choices. Rice and beans with salad are yummy. Very authentic, highly recommended. Definitely a good price for amount of food you get for the lunch special!

Awful!!!!!!!!!. So I use to walk by this little place everyday and decided one day to pop in for dinner with a few friends. We were so disappointed with everything. Food was over cooked, very dry and old clumpy rice. The table next to use had the same complaints (the only other group in the place). Manager argues about taking food off the bill so we paid, left and will never return.

AMAZING!. I have been a customer at Mi Nadito for over 10 years now and when I'm in the City, it is my "go to" restaurant!

Tucked away along 8th avenue, it is one of Hell's Kitchen's little treasures.

Always serving up the freshest food and pouring the best margaritas in town - do yourself a favor and head over there tonight.

And ask for PK, you'll be happy ya did!

MARGARITAS. The margaritas whether on the rocks or frozen RULE!!! The food is also great. I first came here with a friend who knows the owner. The prices are pretty (NYC standard) the food and portions are great. If you come around happy hour, it is loud and extremely crowded, but the prices are great.

good food, great staff. I went today feb 23 for lunch. I was at the bar. The food was fast, and the bartender Antonio was very nice and friendly. I had the burrito lunch special served with rice and beans and a little salad, there was a free bean soup which was Ok, and free soda. He brought me nachos and salsa -the salsa was very tasty. The prices are great for the amount of food. I tried the strawberry margarita and was very good. I will definitely bring my friends here for a girls night out to get some margaritas.

I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great food, service and margaritas!. My husband and I really enjoy coming to this restaurant: Excellent food, service and overall experience. We moved here from California and thought there were no places with good Mexican food on the East Coast, but this place definitely proved us wrong! Everything is fresh and made-to-order and it has that true Mexican atmosphere. And for those who are wondering... the margaritas are awesome!

Love this place!!. Any time I am in mid town Manhattan I try to visit Mi Nidito. I probably have eaten here 10 times over the last 5 years and it is great every time. It isn't authentic mexican food, it is more like California Mexican. The menu is huge and they have many vegan vegiterian selections.

The ambiance isn't anything to write home about, but it is clean. The service is friendly and fast.

Prices are high, buy hey, you are in Manhattan. I bet you the rent is pretty steep.

Mi Nidito has been here for at least 5 years and that in it self is a testament for a restaurant in Manhattan!

Good food - Litlle over price. Food is actually good. Beens are different (in a good sense). Would not call it authentic Mexican but the taste is good.

I find the prices a little too hight for what it really offers. Not sure if it will stay in business for long since "chipotle" just opened a branch literally next door.

Frozen margaritas are a must try!
