We went before a Broadway show. We were concerned about just the little door, small sign, and rickety stairs, but like many places of this sort, the food was fabulous. My wife had the Tandoori Chicken, and I had a lamb chop dish. Really flavorful! We had so much to eat at a inexpensive price we barely had room left for desert. When I get to New York again next year, I am heading back there. I highly recommend it to any one else looking for good, inexpensive Indian cuisine!
Pros: Food was outstanding, service friendly and curteous.
Cons: The outdated ambience was different, but much like one would see in India.

it is the worst resturant i have ever visited becoz not even a single staff is courteous enough to smile or listen to the customer. there were bits of cardboard in the vegetable that we ordered and than also the owner said it is not his fault. they even shouted at us whn we tried to tell them that they are not serving a hygenic food. PLZ DONT WASTE UR TIME AND SPOIL UR MOOD BY VISITING THIS PLACE

Cons: REST EVERYTHING ELSE
