A little-known gem

This place is great. For its price-range, it is probably the best Indian restaurant in Manhattan. Plus, the owner is really nice and treats his customers very well.

I got Chicken Tikka Masala for take-out and it came in a pint-sized container with 6 pieces of meat. I also go the Mulliogatawny Soup and it too came in a pint-sized container. Neither were extremely flavorful compared to the rest of Indian food I've eaten in my life. The basmati rice was average.

Poor portions and taste

Hate to be mean but these guys would get repeat orders from me if they only added more meat to their dishes. Their meat dishes cost the same as other Indian deliveries but contain half the meat. Otherwise the food is tasty.
