Beware. This place is a sales machine with prices that are at full retail price (and then some). I understand the concept of a boutique but I will tell you that when you don't have the accompanying service, this place is a giant FAIL. Buy online and save lots of money or go to a high end boutique for the service. Euoptika offers the worst of both options.

Amazing Glasses and Service! So I was walking and window shopping when I passes by Eurooptika. I walked in into a small store with amazing collection of eyeglasses. For a small store they have a very large selection of all kinds of eyeglass brands that I have not seen before. Every pair of glasses is so unique and different. The staff was so friendly and helpful even thought I told them "I'm not buying". But after felling like a kid in a candy store I had to get my self a pair of glasses. So thank you eurooptika I get stopped on the street and complimented on my eyeglasses.

Expected more, for the price. Euro Optika had a reasonable selection of frames - for a small shop, that is. They seem to have done a reasonable job with the lenses. For what they charge, though, I expect better service, better responsiveness.

They kept me waiting several days longer than expected, and when my glasses finally arrived, the case for the sunglass clip was too small.

Now, every time I use the sunglass clip, I will remember what an unsatisfying experience I had with Euro Optika.

Euro Optika is amazing!!!. I have been shopping in Eurooptika for a long time. I think it has the most amazing selection of frames. They always get something new and different that I have not seen any other places. I been always working with Demitri there but now my new favorite is Igor. He picks out the best frames for me. Best prices for glasses and whatever lenses they use is like I seeing with my own eyes. I call them my “Lens Geeks” because they know all about them. It’s the Best Place to shop and I tell all my friends go there and you will leave happy.

Unique Frames. Sooo, i have to say that im a person that likes to wear frames. I think theyre an accessory to your outfit and your personality. I tend to spend a lot of money on frames, in an effort for them to be different and stand out. I like it when people ask me where i got my frames! I bought a gorgeous pair from here, and so far ive had them for over a week, and 7 people have stopped me to ask who makes my frame and where i got them. YES- they were a pricey, but i didnt expect less from a retail shop on UWS. The fact that they were ready in two days though, also made it worth it. Try bargaining! BUT ull love what they have. Good Luck!

Overpriced and a rip-off. The staff is alright, think Lenscrafters, but the frames are a rip-off. The collection is small and just about average. Nothing worth stopping by, move along.

Dimitrei is a pleasure to work with. Dimitrei is the most friendly New Yorker I have ever met. He took time to find out exactly what I was looking for in frames. I never considered lens options in the past, other than anti-reflective coating. Working with Dimitrei resulted in the best overall glasses (frames and lenses) for me.

best eyewear. the best store on the upper west side, the owner dimirei is extremely professional and helpful! In addition they have a great selection of funky frames.... great colors and shapes for small faces!!!

best glasses. this wonderful store has the biggest selection, they carry unique designers, and they fit me with the best progressive lenses i ever had.
