I have been going to Spoiled Brats regularly (at least once a week) for many years. The owners and staff are wonderful, knowledgeable people who are always willing to share. They are very particular about what brands of food they carry, so you can always be sure that your pet is getting something that is good for him/her. The toy selection is great. They have one-of-a-kind items made by local vendors. The selection of dog clothes and carriers is vast. There is also a wonderful cat rescue that operates out of their store, and the cat I adopted from them has brought years of joy to my household. This is truly a neighborhood establishment of the highest calibre.

I have been going to spoiled brats since they opened, i am treated like family and am always treated with the utmost kindness and fairness. I have rescued cats from the wonderful magical katherine who is my hero, I have never had problems returning merchandise. Everyone has gone out of their way to get me what i have needed. I will never go to another pet store as long as they are around.. I feel it necessary to support local merchants if we want to keep our neighborhood a neighborhood we can call home. I LOVE MY SPOILED BRATS!!!!!

We've been coming to this store for years, and they have always been interested, polite and helpful. The owner that I know isn't named "Eddie", so I'm not sure what the other review is talking about. Spoiled Brats has always taken things back when we need to return or exchange. Much better than going to one of the huge mega-stores for pet supplies--keeps the business in the neighborhood, and they care some great stuff. Occasionally they don't have exactly what I need, but they are willing to help find it if necessary. Their prices are also pretty competitive.
