We've had the pleasure of living at the Meurice for the past several years. Spacious, nicely finished apartments in a beautiful building. It is convenient to just about every subway line in the city and only one block from Central Park. Absolutely wonderful staff, highly responsive management and the doormen feel like family! We would highly recommend this building to anyone looking to move!

We appreciate your comment. Changes have been made in the management company. The Meurice has never had bed bugs as can be determined by any number of online resources. By virture of our rigorous maintenance methods, provided by not only our operating staff with over a hundred years of experience between them, but by our service companies. Little creatures are no problem!

Horrible Experience. To "Love Living Here" you would have to love living with bugs and rodents. I moved from this building because of both.

Great area, horrible building and management.

My ceiling was coming down monthly because of all the leaking pipes. Many neighbors had the same issue. The positive reviews have to be written by management. Keep looking, there are better buildings.

We love living here!. What a great building!

We've lived here for a number of years now and truly love it. We're right next to Central Park which is lovely any time of year. When it snows it just looks marvelous! There are great restaurants surrounding our home, Carnegie Hall is right around the corner, and we can get to any part of the city, or world for that matter, very easily.

The location is wonderful and so is our building. I really love coming home. The doormen are so sweet to us. Our building looks fantastic, and our apartment is beautiful. We've had time to add little flourishes which really make it home, but I remember first moving in and feeling wonderful about it.

The amazing thing is that even though we are living in Midtown Manhattan, our apartment is still quiet and peaceful.

This is a wonderful place to come home to.

Great Staff, Great building. I just found this online and have to say that stray critters happen everywhere in nyc. But the staff at this building are very helpful and I have personally never had a problem with critters here. The one time I had a maintenance issue the building staff was quick, clean, and very helpful. They exceeded my expectations.

A pleasant place to live. I lived a the Meurice for three years and found it to be one of the most pleasant experiences of my life.

Mice & Bed Bugs. This building is infested with mice. The management obviously can't get a handle on the problem.

I lived here in 2010 and came home to mice running around my apartment almost daily. Mouse droppings everywhere, on the floors, furniture, counter tops, inside the stove, kitchen cabinets, clothes cloesets and even found them on top of the refrigerator.

It's out of control and the most that was ever done was they would throw down a couple glue traps.

It's so bad the board of health should close this place down.

Nothing in the building works either. Both air conditioning and heat are poor at best. The showers go from scalding hot to freezing during every shower.

Basically the Meurice is unihabitable.
