Not what it used to be

This place used to be great, but has gone waaaay downhill. A lot of the work they used to be able to do (like taking in boots) they don't do anymore. 3 out of the last 5 times I've been there, I've been turned away for requesting simple repairs. On top of that you can never tell when they'll be open -- sometimes Saturdays, sometimes not.

Avoid for shoe dyeing

I took my shoes there to by dyed. Not only were they overpriced, but the shoes came out looking nothing like the swatch I had provided them with. Never again. I'd go to Brooklyn, CT, or NJ to get my shoes dyed before going to them again.
