My watch was damaged when this Russian moron tried to replace the battery. When I told him he had damaged my watch he was very aggressive with me, claiming that he couldn't open the watch back. Yeah, buddy, you didn't have the right tools to open my watch!!! THAT is how it broke. I strongly advise anyone considering going here to find somewhere else. That is, unless you like your property being damaged and being insulted and shouted at when you bring horrendous service and a damaged watch to the business' attention. (And, for the record, I am looking into taking this guy to a small claims court).

This guy is a scam artist. He talked me into getting the bottoms of my shoes reinforced--for 5 bucks he says--i say why not? Then I go to pick up the shoes and he charges me $15 for it. I'm always the first to question whether I'm the one in the wrong--maybe I misheard?--No, I did not mishear. Then he proceeds to give me the wrong change. Do not go.
