MAILBOXES ETC IS A TRAP!. Most people do not know this, but Mailboxes Etc will not forward mail if you terminate service with them. They will either destroy your mail or return it to the sender.

Just imagine if they decide to abruptly terminate your service, as they did with me due to their internal chaotic billing practices, and you are left without ANY way to receive mail.

This is abuse of their contract with the US Postal Service but they do not care. They will do business with anyone with a pulse.

This particular location is horrible. The owner is grossly incompetent and should not be running anything. He acts on impulse and refuses to comply with Federal and State laws. He will use gorrilla tactics like libeling and harassing customers to "collect" fees from an affluent market. He goes into panic mode if a fee is not ready on a particular day when people are time pressured and Mailboxes is last on the list of priorities. This man has no skills when it comes to dealing with a sophisticated customer. He is also incredibly unscrupulous and dishonest. No matter how nice or placating you are, he will start a confrontation. Avoid this at all costs.
