Extremely Bad service

This boutique despite their intimate feel and small shop feel is low on service and the employees extremely rude, even the manager. Do not believe their return policy (on non intimate items)as they do not honor it. This is very unfortunate as their selection is otherwise good and the reason we love small boutiques is for service and a nice feeling when stopping in.

Absolutely the best boutique

I found this place on citysearch and it is fantastic. They have everything a person could imagine. When I walked in a lady by the name of Randi was extremely helpful and polite. It took me almost an hour to pick out the things I wanted and she even made some suggestions that I questioned but I am now in love with. I will definitely be returning here. this is the best boutique in nyc, ladies if you want a nice surprise for your partner or just something to be comfortable and sexy in at the same time...Lingerie on lex is where you need to go. Ask for Randi, tell her Sarah sent you!
