“received the worst service ever from Cool Air and Frank the manager.”
They were supposed to come between 9 and 1. At 2 pm, still no one showed up or even had the courtesy to call and let us know. When I called to see what was going on, I got no explanation, just an offer to reschedule for another day. Very unprofessional. My husband missed the morning at work for nothing.
Never showed up! Called the main office who said they would get back to me, they never did, as my 4 hour "window" came to an end, I called the office again, but it didn't seem like there was any communication b/w office and technician. They may do good work, but if they don't even show up within 4 hours, then you'll never know!

Disorganized
Had us waiting over two weeks for our bedroom unit. My wife and I and three year old had to share sofas and camp out in the baby room.
They barely answer the phone and are indiferent in their demeanor. Last time I called to demand they bring back my unit, which they charged my card for on the first day, they simply hung up on me!
They blew us off a couple of times with no explanation and as to this day, we still don't have our unit back. A unit we bought from them a year ago...
Avoid these people like the plague!!!!!!

3 new air conditioners. Last summer I purhcased 3 new air conditioners and had them installed. I sent one older unit to be cleaned. In general, I found the service fine
