there are lots of air conditioner vendors, bad experience with Cool Air

It shouldn't be that hard to install an air conditioner. They sent folks that were in a rush, did shoddy work, left dust around, strongly hinted for tips, and left out some safety features in the installation they could have easily added... We brought in another firm to remedy their work.

• Pros: easy to make an appointment
• Cons: unpleasant experience

Horrible experience

I received the worst service ever from Cool Air and Frank the manager. They were so condesending to me, my husband finally had to call and they hung up on him. Blew off 2 appointments to return my air conditioner, said I HAD to have it steam cleaned (only 1 1/2 years old) and then tried to charge more than we had agreed on. Another machine was still under warranty and I am still waiting for the part to come in - 1 month later. If they are the service repair group specified by my manufacturer, then why dont they have parts in stock? Would NEVER use them again!!!
