Went to lunch after wedding dress shopping on Madison. We were sat and reviewed the menu immediately. A server(not ours) overheard me say I wanted a soup and salad and told me that we all must order a main course due to the fact it was a weekend. No multiple appetizers.....give me a break. I objected and had no problem saying so. Our bottle of water and coke arrived and I was forced to pay for the untouched drinks. Not even in Paris have I ever had such a horrible situation. I left the whole thing fixated on what a tacky situation the whole thing was. They lost my family business and lost our friends business. What a horrible place filled with a very undesirable management staff. We walked around the corner and had a wonderful meal at Serafina. Should have just gone there in the 1st place.
Pros: none
Cons: shadey staff, bizarre fineprint rules on the menu

Six of us had dinner on a Saturday night (8:30pm) ; the restaurant was not full. As soon as we finished the appetizers the waiter was standing with the main courses. As a joke I asked them if the chef wanted to go home and sure enough soon after we saw him leave . We had 6 bottles of good wine and the waiters where poring it like water and filling the glass almost to the top. We know that this is the trick to increase the tab;but do it professionally in a discrete manner .We spent close to 1,000 dollars and were rushed because the whole staff wanted to go home ... We don't need this type of attitude from any restaurants; after all us customers are the ones that keep you in business!!!!!
