I am a photographer, and needed a very special request fulfilled, over the phone. A fellow named Roy works there, and he went completely above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I highly recommend Falk for their customer service, if Roy is any example.

Terrible Customer Support, Mismanaged, RUDE RUDE RUDE

I visited this tiny Mom & Pop store to fill a script for a brace.

After overcoming the marathon to get the brace specs, and giving them all the info they needed, I asked them to process the Order. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM so called a half dozen times. Finally got a NASTY woman on the phone who made it clear that it was MY OBLIGATION to keep calling the store to ascertain when their person who processes these orders is is the store. Even consulted the Manager, Pam, who copped the same "YOU COME TO US, WE DONT COME TO YOU" attitude.

This is why they are no longer in the pharmacy biz.

Completely DISORGANIZED, MISMANAGED.

Physicans, do not send your patients here!

Fraudulent Charges and Rude Service

This place is completely fraudulent and overpriced. I rented a scooter from here for my pregnant wife who broke her ankle. They charged my credit card $520 MORE than we agreed upon and then refused to refund the charges. I spoke with the upper management; they were incredibly RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and absolutely HORRIFYING to deal with. I literally have never written a review for anything in my entire life, but I had such a terrible experience with falk surgical that I decided to help the general public by warning people about this place. BEWARE if you go here. They are overpriced, rude, and greedy. The other reviews here don't lie, this place is really terrible.

I'd follow you anywhere!

i am so happy that falk surgical supply didn't move too far from it's original address--but then again, I'd probably follow them anywhere!

In today's day and age of chain stores and poor customer service, it's refreshing to have a family run business with people that treat you like family--and know their stuff to boot.

It's important to feel good about what I'm spending my money on, and when it comes to personal health, I want to make sure I am getting the best in both value and quality of product.

Having gone to a number of establishments before discovering falk, there is no comparison. I always leave falk surgical supply feeling good about the purchases I made, and the experience that I had there!
