the most disorganized company. 4 calls they kept promising to call back with an appointment. they never did. i had to keep calling and start over. so disorganized. the man on the phone wouldn't identify themselves. very curt and willnot make an appointment on your first call - they have to call you back.

User review by beawarner. i bought my sisters interior refinements from use what you have for their birthdays last year. when i visited my youngeer sister who had it done after my older sister, i realized that both of the designs were exactly the same. they were both told the same neutral colors and were both told to put the exact same thing on their windows and the furniture arrangement was exactly the same. my older sister wanted color but the designer only brought neutrals and said that only neutrals would work.
