Caring Hands

I had been wanting to have my legs done for years but kept putting it off because I am a NERVOUS patient. Nr. Navarro and his staff were incredibly patient and kind with me. Their customer service and bedside manner are flawless. AND to top it all off my legs are looking great!

My legs look great! Thank you. If I knew that getting rid of my veins would be so easy I would of done it years ago. I read some of these reviews and I can’t believe some of them went to the same office. I had a great experience, everyone was so professional, experienced and the office was beautiful, nicest I have every seen.

Bad experience, go elsewhere

I had a bad experience here. I thought the staff was abrupt and there is a high turnover among the professionals doing the vein treatment. If you're lucky, you'll get someone who has worked here for a while. But all too commonly you'll get someone who just signed on and who simply does not do a good job. You'd be better off going to a place with longer-serving, more experienced, professionals and not take the risk of finding yourself with a rookie. Who needs that with these prices?

I went a couple of times recently and am just getting around to the review.
Pros: The place is IMMACULATE. Super clean, which is important when you're getting pricked. Also, the staff is really nice. I had a groupon and the 2nd time I went, I felt the person giving the treatment was a bit more abrupt--but in general, no complaints here about the staff. I was seen promptly. Everything explained in detail.
Con: And reason I didn't give it 5 stars. The Price. It's SUPER expensive. The charge by the number of pricks you get (for sclerotherapy) so I quickly realized it would cost a small fortune to have both of my legs done. The results I got with them were ok (only went a couple of times) and ended up finishing my treatment with an endovenous surgeon--it was much cheaper and frankly, I saw the results a bit faster (the new guy I go to is affiliated with a major hospital and my regular doctor referred him to me.) If Vein Treatment Center lowered their prices, it would be a sure thing.

Always a wonderful experience!

I haven't been seen at the VTC in a few years, but I would never think about going anywhere else. The years I was seen at VTC I had a wonderful experience and the before and after shots proved it. After treatment I was advised to buy support stockings (sold at the pharmacy one block away) and continue to work out. Do not cross your legs or sit for long periods at a time. Good circulation is important.
