Koren tapas - yes ma'am. Pork belly & beef silders are tops, lunch time bento box is a great intro.
Chef Hooni Kim does tapas Korean style with a traditional & modern delineation. Try the whelk salad and the K. F. C. Wings. Sands for Korean Fire Chicken.
Many items hv spicy elements. Paella more like rice on a heated stone plate. Leaf of Whelk Salad had distinctive bitter taste. Pork Belly Sliders tad bit greasy. Overall innovative menu. Reserve !
The mayor gets a drink comp upon arrival. Hells yeah. The food here is amazing, particularly any of the pork dishes and the Kimchi Fried Rice. Be prepared to wait for table; no reservations!
Tofu with ginger scallions was amazing. As was everything else.

Way too expensive for what you're getting. Korean food shouldn't be this pricy, especially for the portion size
While the food was satisfactory, I was "meh" about the food. It is "Americanized Korean-fusion". I guess I expected more being that it is Michelin rated. Go to K-Town for your Korean food fix.
For a light(er) lunch option. Split the tofu to start and get the hwe dup-bop. It's still spicy but the salad and sashimi help balance things out.
