Lexington ENT is an amazing place!! From the moment you walk in you know it's different..Yes the office is more like a home in that it doesn't look like a typical/sterile doctor's office..But more of what I mean by "it's different" is that everyone is so friendly, helpful and caring! They take the time to ask you how you're doing and feeling..Dr. Liberatore was recommended to me by my doctor to help me with a sinus infection that just wouldn't go away..After a CT scan Dr. Liberatore established that I was totally blocked and she performed surgery..And thanks to Dr. Lib I can now breathe and smell again and I feel great!!

In my follow-up appointments the office staff and Dr. Lib continue to show that caring and true interest in how I'm doing!!

In a world where we seem to be OK with providing mediocre, uncaring service, other practices could take a few lessons from Lexington ENT and Dr. Liberatore..they truly stand out in the crowd!!!

Highly recommend Dr. Liberatore! I have had severe allergies and sinus problems for years. I had been receiving allergy shots and was still having attacks and recurrent sinus infections. Dr. Liberatore performed my septoplasty, turbinectomy and balloon sinuplasty and it has genuinely changed my life. I no longer have allergy attacks, I can breathe and sleep better, I feel rested when I wake up. It has been an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon. The office is warm, the staff is quick to help and friendly. One of the best doctors I ever met.

i am dying from MRSA... i just wish this doctor and her partner had treated me properly when i went to see her partner dr okun for all those months. i dont think profit should be above patient care but obviously in my case and im sure many other cases with this medical practice.

dr okun never bothered to do a culture of my nose.

if she did she would have found this deadly pathogen which i currently have. im far too young to die but obviously dr libedratore and her partner put profits before patients. i suggest they go back to medical school...the doctors oath of Do NO Harm seems to be replaced by...make as much money as possible as fast as possible and the patient be damned!!! dont go to this doctor!!

Most professional and pleasant experience. From the minute we entered Dr Liberatore's office we were comforted by her warm and efficient staff. Dr Liberatore examined my 16 year old daughter who has been complaining of constant stuffiness and regular sore throats since she is a little girl. After an examination followed by a cat scan later that week she assured us that she could get her relief. This came as a huge RELIEF since for many years we were told it was due to allergies.( She repeatedly tested negative for allergies). Her deviated septum was straightened and her anoids removed. All of this took place ambulatory at Lenox Hill ENT Hospital within a few weeks of her diagnosis. DR Liberatore as well as her staff and the staff at Lenox Hill put my daughter and myself at ease all along the way. Everything was explained thoroughly and gently which helped my anxious teen relax. There were no surprises aside from the nearly painless recovery and relief my daughter started to experience in as little as a week following the surgery. They are tops at what they do and they do it with exteme care, and kindness. A winning combination!! I highly recommend Dr Liberatore and her team.

I can Breathe and have more energy. Ask about a knowledgeable, trustworthy ENT and you will not find a better physician than Dr. Liberatore. I have been her patient for over 10 years and recently had Sinus surgery that I was encouraged to undergo. I was reluctant because of the expected discomfort and I did not want my appearance to be altered. Dr. Liberatore took the time to explain the benefits of the surgery and listened to my concerns to limit changing my looks. After surgery I experienced some expected discomfort but no pain to speak of, as I took Extra Strength Tylenol for the first 24 hours as a precaution. I write this review four weeks after surgery and I am so thankful to Dr. Liberatore for her wonderful personal care and follow-up. Breathing through both nostrils is truly making a difference during my workouts. I am sleeping more comfortably and quietly as I no longer snore. I highly recommend Dr. Liberatore as she is a very knowledgeable, skilled surgeon who will provide you first rate quality care.

WONDERFUL Doctor, Staff and RESULTS. I was an ENT's dream patient- chronic sinus infections, bronchitic, tonsillitis...you name it, I had it. Dr. Liberatore's smart, well-spoken, gentle touch has CHANGED MY LIFE. I recently underwent a balloon sino-plasty along with a few other small adjustments to ease my discomfort and ailment. Not only have I not been on anti-biotics since the surgery but i can SMELL again. I can breathe, I can sleep, I can exercise and it's because of Dr. Liberatore.

The office staff was nothing but helpful and efficient with my paperwork and appointments for pre- and post-op visits.

Not only will you feel at ease and relaxed in the office you will feel HEALTHY and cared for. Couldn't ask for better!

Horrible Staff and Office Manager. hawheye2 is obviously one of the horrible front office staff or the office manager. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional, rude people and to say they're busy with phones is no excuse for unprofessionalism and rudeness. There are thousands of doctors to choose from in NY so no matter how great the doctors are, their staff is horrible so I canceled my appointment with Dr. Liberatore after dealing with the staff.

Clear Skin!. I had to make a review because no one else in this world has been able to clear my skin problems. Then I met Dr. L who pretty much killed my 5 year acne problem in 2 visits. I keep going back for maintenance and my skin is perfect. I get compliments all the time and I just had to thank Dr. L. Thanks so much and I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Liberatore is THE most professional ENT.. Dr. Liberatore persisted until she helped me cure my sleep apnea, after no one else could.

ILoveNY4 is half wrong. Dr. Okun is that good, that she can be that fast, and decisive, and "dead on correct". I have seen her also several times, and its true.

The front staff is very busy, dealing with phones that never stop, and spend too much of their time dealing with peoples' personal and emotional problems, not their medical, much less their ENT issues. Since being Dr. Liberatore's patient for years, and having sat in the waiting room many times, it sounds to me like ILoveNY4 hopes from the waiting room for things it is not supposed to provide, as great a NYC is.

Great doctors AWFUL STAFF. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Liberatore but i have only seen Dr.Okun. Dr Okun, while extremley fast and decisive on diagnosis, she does'nt leave you much time to think of questions or concerns since she's so speedy. However, she diagnosed me with just one visit and was dead on CORRECT! Its now months after she treated me and I'm better than ever and very happy with my results! I would reccomend ANYONE to her, and have.

Now that being said, they really need to re-vamp their support staff. this includes reception, nurses and 'surgical coordinators'. They are by far the most unprofessional crew Ive ever encountered. they treat patients like they are doing YOU a huge favor by showing up to work. no phone mannors and you realize this when making your first appointment with them AND while in the waiting room, listening to their snobby remarks. And dont let the white lab coats fool you. they have no knowledge besides how to be rude and pushy to patients. they act like they know it all but they need to be more compassionate and understanding toward patients. it would be nice if they got off their invisible platforms because there's really no need for it.

would have been 5 STARS if the staff was better, but they make quite a lasting impression on you, as you can see.
