A Great Find

Don't let the unassuming name keep you away from The Asia Society. With a new building and state of the art technology, a visit to The Asia Society is sure to please even the most jaded museum-goer. They display contemporary pieces from both South, Central, and East Asia. We were surprised and intrigued by the interactive and eye-catching exhibits (e.g., turn the handlebars on the rickshaw to view 5 different video clips on the Indian city of Bandaras). Best of all, the museum offers free admission on Friday nights and an audio tour is included in the admission price.
- Pros: spacious, interactive, state of the art tech
