ONLINE MEANS BOTTOM LINE FOR SAKS FIFTH AVENUE!

I do not know how SAKS Fifth Avenue shopping is in person; however, if you purchase ONLINE and ANYTHING is incorrect with your order, WATCH IT! They WILL go after you; they will not assist you in resolving their packing and shipping errors, and no matter how small or large the problem or purchase, SAKS will fight you until the end. If you do send back the damaged parcel and merchandise, there is still absolutely no guarantee that your problem will be resolved. I would expect a "high-end" company such as SAKS to sell and ship quality merchandise. I have never received an order with so much damaged merchandise. It really makes me wonder just exactly what SAKS is selling. What I received was more like merchandise that was tossed in the "disgarded unsaleable to the general public" pile. An update to this note: It took me three months to get SAKS to pick up their garbage parcels. I was contacted by someone from SAKS who stated that they were going to my CC to recover THEIR funds because they claim I have had similar problems with "other" merchants. They would not provide the names of these "other" merchants; however, they went from claiming that items were delivered and damaged merchandise was not theirs to me being some kind of fraud. They are the frauds. They [finally] took back their garbage parcels and STILL do not want to refund! I KNEW they were going to do this! I am so glad I took photos of the junk they delivered. Again, BEWARE OF SHOPPING ONLINE WITH SAKS!

I am either dead right, or crazy, and I am not crazy.

I hope my experience is an isolated case.

Beware Of Purchasing Online From SAKS! I cannot say it enough!

Oh, and I would give them 0 Stars...But I have to put one, or I could not provide this info.

Amazing massage

I had a Swedish massage with the massage therapist Christina.....it was so incredible...tension from lower back and neck....gone...therapist..very very sweet......highly recommended......it was the best massage of my life =)).....very very accommodating....Your company defiantly backs up its theme of providing massage and other services to reinvigorate the mind, body and soul......thanks Christina, i will be coming back soon!

best selection of clothing, bags, cosmetics

Saks is my favorite store because they have such a huge selection. The only time i can afford anything there is during their sales, but it is well worth it!!!! Everything in that store is tastefully picked. If I strike it rich one day, I would live there. On black friday I got a a $700 Gucci boot for $190 bucks. LOVE IT!!!
