Great Customer Service. Recently took a trip to NYC, and Tiffany & Co was a must to stop in. There are no store around the Ohio area. The associats where great, There was a lady that sat us down and showd us the braclet that we were looking at, and told us everything we needed to kno about it. We were greated when we walked in, and when we left. I will say I do agree with one of the other reviwes, It will be a big diffrence on how you are dressed or how you look.

Awesome awesome awesome. What a beautiful store. Why can't we have our stores looking like this in Los Angeles? Customer service was excellent. I really don't know what else to say about this place other than it is a great place to shop.

A mixed-bag. This is the headquarter of Tiffany, so you can expect it to be large, and have a lot of people. The associate team is a mixed-bag. There are really polite and helpful associates, as well as the rude ones. Be aware that the associates do discriminate the clients, so if you are wearing rags with supermarket bags, the associates would probably not even greet you. If you are wearing a mink jacket, holding and Hermes handbag, the associates would be all over you.

The executive manager, Michael, is a really nice person though. You can always count on him, and is very responsible.

The usual. Usually go here for the ladyfriend to buy her some jewels, but find that the staff is a little too pretentious. Order online if you don't have to see the item in person.

a big surprise. Honestly, in this day and age, I didn't expect a lot of attention when I ventured into Tiffany's. They are so revered, so famous, that I expected a very polite and bland reception. I found the Tiffany people to be friendly, educated, and really interested in helping me. I may have to save up, but I'll be back.

THE OLD GRAY MARE.... This old gray mare ain't what she used to be. The former sparkling silver throughbred is now just gray. Once this was the place to go for fine goods and even finer treatment. Now, expect long waits as the sales people chat with one another and ignore you. The customer service area resembles a hospital waiting room with nicer appointments. Plan to spend the day waiting. It is really sad what has happened here. The service has declined. OK, the world is different. But if they need to change, they need to drop the pretention. If you want nice silver, go to a handcraft store. If you want diamonds, go to the jewelry center. You can buy a torquise box anywhere these days.

Rocks and Clocks. There really is a Tiffany diamond, right there on the first floor. While this legendary store can be a touristy nightmare on weekends, it is much more manageable. Aside from gems and watches there is a second floor selling clocks, scarves, leather accessories and silver jewelry.

The service staff is very attentive and not pushy. Since most of the wares are out of my fiscal league I can't compare their prices to other stores -- but the box looks so great when you open it!
