Terrific hosiery -- the only kind I wear!. Normally, I'm not into hosiery, but Fogal is amazing and so comfy. And I can't believe how women flock to this tiny store (btw, Fogal recently closed 515 Madison -- and reopened a store at madison and 58th) which has all the hose in the world fitted into cute little drawers. So much fun and the staff is terrif!

The Scene
The world of pantyhose etiquette involves as many rules as weddings and formal dinners combined. The well-versed salespeople in this teensy store will gently educate you about the dos and don'ts of hosiery wearing--they know each trend and tradition inside and out. Never wonder whether your nylons should match your dress or your shoes again. (You know this--your shoes.)
The Goods
A large "tree" at the front of the store exhibits all the types and colors so you can stretch and poke the samples to your heart's content. There are oodles of traditional styles in blacks, navies and neutrals, but Fogal also specializes in more ornate looks. Fishnet for sure, but also plaid, embroidery, and applique.

the only stockings i wear. i wasn't aware there were any other stockings. fogal represents the gold standard in hosiery and the bodysuits, and lingerie are simply superb!

Best hosiery in the UNIVERSE. Sure, they're pricey - but the look and feel FABULOUS and they wear like IRON. The best - worth EVERY penny.
