I'm addicted!

I bought my first pair of Jimmy Choo's today (silver snakeskin heels!) and now I know why everyone raves about them! not only were they THE MOST GORGEOUS pair of heels i've ever bought, but i was completely blown away by the level of customer service i received from their sales staff. in an industry where most sales people act above their consumers, the sales associates at Jimmy Choo welcomed this first timer. great shoes + great sales people = one very happy (and addicted) customer!!!

• Pros: GREAT customer service, friendly sales staff and gorgeous shoes of course!
• Cons: not too big of a selection

Stunning Shoes, Great Customer Service

Problem: Have an event next month and THE dress to wear, but couldn't find shoes in the exact shade of red to match the dress. Finally found them at Jimmy Choo, but of course they were all sold out of my size...everywhere in New York!

Solution: I left my name and an online inquiry for the shoes in question on the Jimmy Choo website, and voila! A lovely boutique owner from California called today and informed me that they had one pair left in my size in the country, and she was happily shipping it to me. Can't beat that for service.

Now all I need is a bag to match the shoes and the dress...

• Pros: Beautiful shoes, extremely helpful salespeople
• Cons: Expensive (but you definitely get what you pay for!)
