Great Food!. I have been going here since 2004 and I must say that it never gets old. The food here is spectacular, the ambiance is great (low lighting a plus), the service is quick and friendly. I went here after my wedding with my wedding party and we had a blast! We had one pitcher of margarita, one pitcher of sangria along with 2 appetizers and four entrees, the bill was only $110.00! All that food and drinks gave a my party of 5 people a good buzz and a full stomach. I will keep going here no matter the wait!!!

Amazingly inexpensive and delicious!. I've been eating here for years, and it's a wonderful, small cozy place with great service, potent drinks and good basic tasty Mexican! Their salsa is one of best I've tasted, they have great lunch specials as well. I would rate it in my top 3, that's for sure, and for value I would put it at number 1. It's definitely worth checking out, you won't be disappointed!

BEST MEXICAN IN NEW YORK. Ah Chihuahua is undoubtedly the best mexican in NYC! Ive lived here for about 3 weeks and I have eaten at my fare share of mexican restaurants and this place is AMAZING! Very reasonably priced, friendly service, all around a great place.

Very inexpensive sit down Tex Mex meal.. A great value for classic Tex Mex food. Lots of market souveniers line the walls, friendly people, very fast service. Plates overflows with refried beans, rice and your entree. The hot sauce is very fresh and yummy. Not a place for a dieter but definitely stick to the ribs yummy border mexican food without a big chain feel.

Best Tex-Mex. I have been trying to find cheap mexican that is good since I moved to the city and I am so happy that I tried this place. The ingredients used are all extremely fresh and delicious and everything is made to order. The chicken, steak, cheese, tortillas, salsa, guac, everything used is fresh and amazingly tasty. I had the Enchiladas Suizas and the quesadillas to share for a starter and both were amazing. This restaurant is small, but they do deliver and the food is a great price. I highly recommend this restaurant for amazing "non gourmet" mexican!!!

Aye Caramba Great Mexican!. At first I must admit with a name like Ah Chiuaua...how can it be good? Sounded like it could have been a dumpy Mexican place with Chevy's-like food.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent Tex Mex food! The salsa was spicy and tantalizing. And the entrées were delightful!

I went with a group of girlfriends and we had quite a time taking in the festive atmosphere whilst drinking several pitchers of margaritas.

I highly recommend Ah! Chihuahua for excellent Mexican eats!

It's ok, nothing amazing. Kind of overrated. Cute place, but food was not as good as others said it was...just status quo. Small, so would be a good place for a large group to "take over the restaurant" for an occassion. Only one kind of tequilla - definitely a let down on that front. Decently priced tho.
