John is the prince of flowers.... Lexington Flower Shop is unparalleled. John, the owner, has graced several affairs of ours with the most gorgeous arrangements imaginable. If you can conceive it, he can do it; if you're clueless, he'll give you food for thought...At the end of the day, all Lexington Flower Shop's arrangements, and flowers are spectacular -- the flowers are fragrant and colorful and out of the ordinary. The service you'll receive is impeccable. All John's employees are horticulturists in their own right; first class all the way.

Run, don't walk and dream the impossible dream. John will realize it to perfection.

Awesome. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend and she couldn't stop saying how beautiful. The arrangement was delivered on time was done perfect. Would reccommend this place to all. Ask for Joe great person.

Huge Roses and Bright Color Flowers!. These roses are beautiful and bright! The colors of the flowers are radiant! Gorgeous artistic arrangements, too!

Horrible Experience! DO NOT USE!. September 17, 2009 marked my 4 year anniversary with my wonderful boyfriend. Unfortunately this special date was sourly tainted but the unprofessionalism, rudeness, tardiness and disrespect of Lexington Flowers and their horrid manager. Not only were the flowers that my boyfriend ordered to be delivered to me first delivered to the wrong address (the company never tried to verify that I received the bouquet, I guess verification of delivery is not part of their poor, pricey service), but when the person at that address contacted the flower shop to inform them that they were the wrong recipient, they did not contact my boyfriend to verify a correct address or leave him any message that the flowers would not be received, by me, on the day requested.

He was sad and felt guilty when I walked through the door without a beautiful bouquet! After 3 confusing calls about WHERE to find Lex. Ave. (Uhhh isn't the name of the business LEXINGTON Flowers) to my office the NEXT day, the bouquet finally arrived (way overpriced for the quantity and quality). When I called the manager to try and speak with him about a partial reimbursement, he was aggressive and disrespectful and continued to place blame on my boyfriend - this manager was so unprofessional that he even hung up on me twice and then refused to speak to me and made his poor assistant (who was busy but at least trying to be polite) relay ignorant comments and excuses!

Needless to say, we will never use this business again and hope that other New Yorkers choose flower delivery options that are classier, more efficient and take more pride in their customer service than Lexington Flowers.

HORRIBLE experience- they took my flowers back!. My Dad sent me flowers for my bday and Lexington Flower shop made a mistake and delivered them a week early. Not so bad until they called and told me they needed the flowers back- there was a delivery man downstairs waiting for them.

My dad got a credit from the flower company (he ordered them from my hometown) and Lex Flowers said it wasn't fair for them to be out the money (even though it was THEIR mistake).

The lady from home told them not to pick up the flowers since they made the mistake and someone from Lex Flowers proceeded to yell & scream at her then hung up on her.

I'm absolutely apalled at their service, I've never experienced anything like it and hope you take my advice and go elsewhere.

(I actually did have to give them to a delivery man who took them back- no birthday flowers for me)

Freshest Flowers and Best Customer Service. Every time I go to Lexington Flower Shop, I am dazzled by the sheer variety and freshness of the flowers. I don't know how they do it but their flowers last more than twice as long as everyone elses. But the best thing about the shopping experience is the warmth and attention of the knowledgable staff. The flowers are always artfully and creatively arranged, but the staff still manages to be down to earth (unlike some of these snooty places opening up in the past five years that think they can place a piece of grass in a vase and call it art).

I've used this shop for various occasions (corporate events, birthday gifts, funerals) and they've always gone above and beyond the call of duty. My friend just had a baby and while her room was filled with flower arrangements, everyone was talking about the one from Lex - these flowers are not produced on an assembly line! I stop by any time I want to add beauty to my home or make an impressive statement.
