I agree with the last reviewer...be very careful. Dr. Bertman and the dental hygienist were wonderful and I had 2 very good experiences at the office. Unfortunately, at my last visit they scheduled me with a different dentist without telling me ahead of time and failed to inform me the office stopped taking my insurance (even though the website said they did). I ended up with a huge bill and the staff were not at all understanding. I will never go back again.

INCOMPETENT FRONT OFFICE.
*****BEFORE YOU GO DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ASSUME THEY HAVE ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DENTAL BENEFITS****
And that's even when they have called your Benefit Provider...
I have gone there about 4-5 times and 90% of the time they have RECEIVED INVOICES SAYING I OWE MONEY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE COVERED!!!!
They signed me up for dental work that I wasnt able to receive BUT THE KICKER is that this is after they said they "Checked" with my isurance company. As a result I have gotten bills for $1700.00, for $1400.00, etc...
I have had to BATTLE WITH THEM to try and sort things out. They really do suck. I NEVER write reviews - let alone bad, but I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS IN MY LIFE!!!
WARNING: If you use them do not listen to the front desk - if they say you need a certain procedure do yourself a favor and call your insurance carrier to make sure you qualify. They will tell you you do when you dont and then give you the run-around and blame it on your insurance.

Pleasant. Why I waited until now to see the dentist. He was able to pinpoint my aching issue and fix it. I have had no pain since - thankfully they took my insurance

There when I needed him.... The staff was very courteous and helpful, Doctor Bertman was great. I was in a time crunch and I was seen and treated right away. Awesome experience overall.
