Beware - Bad All Around

Used Groupon and upgraded to a longer service. They started me 20 minutes late and didn't add it on at the end, so they basically had me pay extra to sit in the waiting room.

They did not do what they said would be in the massage treatment, and they didn't use the products the treatment advertises.

The shower doesn't have hot water and doesn't seem clean. Plus the floor was wet (ew) and there was no rug to step onto.

The treatment also advertises instant results, but when I asked the masseuse, she said I'd have to come back every couple of weeks to see results.

She tried to sell me a package and then other services DURING THE MASSAGE. Not relaxing. And the massage wasn't a skilled massage.

Then the woman at the front desk started trying to sell me packages while I was trying to get out of there.

Overall bad experience. I've had much better massages for much better prices - even without a coupon.

The workers of this spa definitely write their own review- isn't it interesting that after 2 bad reviews, 2 good reviews are posted and posted on the same day, with no cons??? I was reading some of the good reviews and I feel certain the workers are writing the many of those good reviews. The place is sh*t; they get ppl with their discounts but when you go, you end up paying more, or the same amount as a decent spa. PLEASE don't waste your money on them.- dont believe me, pay a visit, DONT BUY ANYTHING, and see how many things they try to sell you, with deals that are only good for that day.

The best birthday I ever had!!!!!!!

My experience at Nina's was the best once I walked in the door I was being pampered I was offered a variety of beverages "the tea was the best"... I have to say there customer service was extraordinary. I received a deep pore cleansing facial my face felt so soft and glowing, an aromatherapy de-stress massage i felt i was floating after, a hand and feet reflexology that just blew me away, and a spa manicure and pedicure my hands and feet looked so great after.. When I was done with my services I felt like jello I was in a relaxing state of mind.. I've been to many spa's in New York but none can match up to Nina's European Day Spa.. If your stressed out and just need a place to refocus your self then I recommend Nina's European Day Spa
