THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ....I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU GO HERE. I'm am very suspicious of the high reviews on this place, because the service I received was worth MINUS/NEGATIVE 5 Stars. I wish to god I could give them 0 stars.

Front Desk:

It is my opinion the girl booking the appointments is a con artist! Why??? I called and inquired about booking an appointment, I told her I saw the deal on groupon. She then tried to get me to pay for my treatment over the phone as opposed to paying with Groupon. When I told her I would not do that. She pleaded with me not to pay through groupon. She wanted me to come in and pay them directly. I realize now that was a big mistake. If I paid with groupon I could have gotten a refund for the terrible facial , but since I paid them directly, I'm out the money. Make a note to yourself. If you see them on Groupon DO NOT PAY THEM DIRECTLY , PAY THROUGH GROUPON. IT IS FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION.

Facial:

Bella is the worst Esthetician in New York. Please ignore all the positive reviews. The products she uses can be bought at the dollar store. Avoid this place Please!!!!

I have had facials all over the world. In my lifetime I have probably received over 100 Facials. I actually worked as an esthetician at one point. The facial I received at this place is the WORST I have EVER received.

Do you care about not wasting your money?? Do you care about the quality of your facial?? Do you care about the quality of products that's used on your skin?? IF you answered yes to all those questions, Nina's European Day Spa is NOT the place to go for decent service. I became very suspicious after I saw Bella using Peroxide on my face as a toner!!!!! If I wanted Peroxide on my face I could go to the 99 cents store and buy some myself. I then saw her use a 99 cents store body butter on my face as a Moisterizer. When I called her out on it she ran from the facial room and switched the bottle, she then lied and tried to cover it up instead of apologizing.

BTW Bella my face broke out after receiving a facial with you! Ladies if you want your face to break out with bumps all over go to Nina's European Day Spa!!!

MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT:

I booked an hour long facial and I only received a half and hour. Too make matters worst I arrived on time for my appointment and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes. So I wasted 30 minutes of my day waiting around in a grungy looking spa. The CON ARTIST MAKE YOU PAY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SPA TREATMENT, then they cut your hour in half AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!

IN CLOSING:

There are many spas in New York. If you are looking for a good deal you can find one. But please I BEG YOU. DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS AT THIS PLACE. Another review said that her spa treatment was so bad she wanted to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I completely understood how she felt. My spa treatment was so bad I wanted to reverse the charges on my credit card. However since they basically stole my money......... I'm guessing they must really need the money. I decided to write this review instead and help another young lady so she doesn't make the same mistake I did.

Learn from my mistake ladies. RUN FOR THE HILLS !!

My advice to you is to ignore the 5 star reviews. I am very very suspicious of them. I believe those reviews are written by the owners of this spa! If you go to the second page of there reviews you will see that they have MANY 1 star reviews , then a whole page of Excellent reviews, That's Highly suspicious !!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET BOOKING A SPA TREATMENT HERE!!

Natalie is very skilled with the laser, try a laser facial. the atmosphere is clean and relaxing.

Don't go!! The place was dirty, the pedicure chair didn't work, and the staff was loud and pushy. If you are willing to spend money on spa services you can find much better.

I had my eyebrows done with Bella - boyyy is she good. Bella did a wonderful job to my eyebrows. She shaped them beautifully. I was so happy when i saw my eyebrows in the mirror. When I came home my mom asked me- who did your eyebrows? I said Bella from Nina's European day spa. She said wow they look beautiful and don't touch them from now on, let Bella do your eyebrows.

I went to other spas before and noticed that they messed up my eyebrows, but when I always go to Nina's European Day Spa, I leave feeling good because my eyebrows are the shape that I like and it looks great on me.

Because Bella always does a good job and she does it with such carefulness and passion, I asked her to do me a facial. The facial was excellent. My face looked so clean and radiant.

I also go there for LPG Endermologie for my cellulite. All the girls there are fabulous.

I see such a great improvement with my cellulite that I just can't wait to show my boyfriend how great i look in my bikini. The endermologie is not only good for my cellulite but so relaxing that i fall asleep and is soo good for my blood circulation that i noticed less spider veins.

Overall, I am extremely happy with all what they do there and the girls are very sweet and attentive.

I get good results on my endermologie sessions and just feel good every time I leave there because I see results - good results and that makes it a #1 Spa in New York City.

To anyone and everyone, I recommend this spa if you truly want to see good results and i mean GOOD results. GO Here and you won't be sorry.

I find that the spa is very clean and has what it takes to make a customer go back.

This place is very clean, don't know why someone would call it dirty. If your going on vibe alone I have seen better places but this one was suitably relaxing. I came here for only a full arm wax which cost me $65. I have done full arm for a fraction of that price but came away happy without any real issue.

Now fast forward to nina's and first question I ask is do I have enough hair? The answer was yea yea but looking at these results with most of the hair not even removed from waxing I would say not. I spent a ton of money to not have a cleared out arm. Obviously if its not pulling you should maybe perhaps warn your new clientele to try again another time?

Secondly it seems like a giant tear in my skin was left over my left arm. Now I have this ugly mis-shapened brown spot which could be months to a year before I can wax again. And my skin heals, and doesn't show a giant brown spot that looks diseased. All I can hope for at this point is keeping it clean with witch hazel and aloe vera to aid in its recovery.

Great deal and service, Bella is wonderful!. I purchased a deal through groupon for a laser hair removal package and I've been very happy with the results as well as the service, especially the technician I work with, Bella. I am happy that I have the same technician every time so that we can discuss the results I am seeing. Bella is always very friendly and curtious. I am also pleased with the cleanliness of the spa. After my groupon deal I even purchased another package which was offered to me at a discount. The owner, Nina, is always there as well, and she is very friendly and helped me review the different package options so I purchased the one that was best for me
