very professional!!. The minute i walked in the door Lia made me feel incredibly comfortable.She explained everything how permanent removal works.I am very pleased with the outcome of her treatments.Lia is extremely warm ,friendly and professional.The office is very relaxing and clean.I would highly recommend Hairless NYC Clinic.

The road to confidence!. Monique and her staff at Hairless NYC were highly recommended by my long-time dermatologist. Their outstanding professionalism and personalized customer service are a true pleasure and remove any pain or embarrassment from the process. Great staff and service. I love the way I am taken care of every time I go.

Whatever my concern, it is handled with proffessionalism, understanding and patience.

I am totally pleased with my results.

Good job.. Immaculate office. Good service though on the expensive side. It's an investment. You just have to be patient and stick with the process. Monique and staff are friendly.

Formidable!. Monique has the ability to remain totally professional while adding fun to an otherwise unpleasant situation (hair removal). Her office and treatment room are spotless and esthetically pleasing. A true "people person."
