They did a great job fixing my computer- except that they charged me DOUBLE the price that best buy charged when I had the same exact issue- viruses etc on my computer. I think the price they charged was not only outrageous, but shameful! It cost me 50% the price of the PC to get it fixed. If my PC wasn't brand new (it is only 4 months old) I would have preferred buying a new one rather than giving these thieves business. Disappointed! Do not GO HERE!!! No place in their right mind will charge this.. We were told it woudl be $100 less than the actual charge.
